Community Guidelines

The rules on every Uhmingle call: keep it clean, treat the stranger across the glass like a person, no minors, no scams, no recording — plus how reporting and moderation enforce them.

Meet a stranger face to face →

Why these rules are written down

Random matching only stays fun while the queue stays clean, and a stranger appearing on your screen in seconds is only a good thing when that stranger behaves. This page is our side of that bargain — the conduct that gets a warm welcome back, and the conduct that gets an account pulled. The same standard applies to video, voice and text alike.

Clean means clean

Uhmingle admits adults only, but an adults-only service is not an adult content service. Showing nudity or sexual acts on camera gets an account removed, and so does pushing strangers for explicit material. Flirting between consenting adults is part of the format — explicit content is where we draw the line.

A living person is on the other side

Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeting someone for who they are — any of these costs the account. No means no, whether it arrives on camera or in the text panel. A chat that isn’t working for you? Skip it — one tap, and nobody owes an explanation. The habits that keep good calls good live on the safety tips page.

No minors, no exceptions

The floor is firm: you must be 18 or older to be here at all. If the face on your screen appears underage, report the match right away — each report goes in front of a human reviewer. Any account tied to a minor gets shut down and, where the law requires it, handed over to the authorities.

No scams, no spam, no recording calls

Asking strangers for money, gift cards or off-platform payments is banned outright, and promotional links and scripted pitches go with it. Capturing a call — recording, screenshots, rebroadcasting — is just as forbidden: what happens in a private call stays inside it, at both ends.

How enforcement works

Both reports and blocks land with human moderators. A first offense can mean a time-out from matching; behavior that clearly crossed the line means the account is gone for good. The help center lays out the report and block mechanics step by step.
