Allowing camera and microphone
The first match triggers the browser’s camera and microphone prompt — allow it and you are face to face. Refused it by accident earlier? Head into your browser’s site settings for uhmingle.live, turn both permissions back on, and refresh the page. Without permission there is no video, and the decision stays yours the whole time. The privacy policy explains what that access does and does not touch.
Skipping, and being skipped
Any chat can be left with one tap, at any second, for any reason at all. Nobody is counting — skip a dozen matches in a row if that is what finding the right conversation takes. Being skipped yourself is the format breathing, not a verdict on you: the queue is deep and another face loads within seconds.
Coins, and exactly where the free part stops
Your opening matches come free — nothing to pay, nothing to sign. Longer sessions can draw on coins, with the price displayed on the button and held for your confirmation before anything is charged. The Uhmingle Free page draws the map of exactly where free stops and coins begin.
Reporting someone
Every call screen carries its own report button. Tapping it ends the match and passes the session context to human moderators, who handle it from there. Not sure whether something crossed the line? Report it regardless — that judgment is their job, and each report keeps the queue worth joining.
Blocking someone
Blocking means the matcher will never seat you across from that person again. It applies instantly and silently — the other side is never notified — and there is no limit on how often you can use it. Pair the two tools: blocking ends your problem, reporting keeps it from becoming somebody else’s.
Is an app — or an account — required at all?
Neither. Everything runs in the browser already on your phone or computer, and a first match demands no account at all. Browser setup plus the optional home-screen icon are explained on the Uhmingle app page. Still stuck after that? Contact us — a person picks it up from there.
